API Access with Enphase
Enphase IQ Battery integration allows Lumin to manage circuits according to the battery's state of charge. As the battery is discharged below 50%, Lumin will disable designated circuits to increase battery runtime. As the battery recharges above 50%, Lumin will re-enable designated circuits at the same percentage.
Lumin users wishing to add an Enphase IQ Battery integration can do so by obtaining the Enphase system ID following the process outlined below.
1. Navigate to Battery Integrations via either option:

2. Choose Add New Battery.
3. Select Enphase from the list of storage solutions.
4. Choose OK when prompted with a redirect notice to Enphase.
5. Enter your login credentials for Enphase.

6. To find the Enphase system ID(s), select the blue text that reads List of systems.
7. Copy the system ID number from the new browser tab to your device's clipboard and close the tab afterward.
8. Select Allow Access to permit Lumin to access Enphase system details and site-level production monitoring.
9. Paste the copied number into the System ID field and select Test Connection.
10. Select Set Up Energy Management once connected. |
API security: The API key provides access to information about your solar production, battery state of charge, and home energy consumption. Lumin does not store API keys centrally and has no access to your private key, which is stored locally on the Lumin device.
