In the rare case that Lumin inappropriately sheds circuits or otherwise acts in an undesirable way that cannot quickly be resolved, the Power rocker switch can be used to reset all Lumin-controlled circuits so that they are all enabled. There are two disadvantages to this method: it will allow all Lumin-controlled loads to operate, potentially depleting the battery or tripping the inverter if operating off-grid, and the Lumin Smart Panel must remain off until the underlying issue is resolved. Because of these drawbacks, this method should only be used as a last resort.
- Locate the Power rocker switch on the side of the Lumin Smart Panel.
- This switch is marked with an I (power on) and an O (power off).
- No delay is necessary with the Power rocker switch in either position when using the sequence below to restore circuits.
- Press the O (off).
- Press the I (on).
- Press the O (off).
This off-on-off cycle will turn off the Lumin Smart Panel but leave all of its controlled circuits enabled. When the underlying issue is resolved, turn the Lumin Smart Panel back on by pressing the I (on).
