Who can access my data and control my circuits?

Only authorized users of a Lumin location can access that location's data and circuit controls.

To view authorized users:

  1. Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the Lumin app.
  2. Choose Location Settings.
  3. Select Manage Users.
The Location Settings screen of the Lumin app. Listed are: Manage Location, Manage Circuits, Manage Users, and Battery Integrations.

Note that installers require access to the Lumin location in order to set up the Lumin system after installation. For this reason, system owners may notice that their installer remains an authorized user at their Lumin location. System owners may wish to remove the installer's access to the system. Any user of the location can remove any other user (including the installer) from the Manage Users page. New users can be added by entering their email addresses and selecting Invite. Existing users can be removed from a location by selecting the X next to the Remove User icon as seen below.

The Remove Users icon. an X is to the right of a head-and-shoulders silhouette.
