If you can't remember the password for your Lumin account, you can reset it with our Forgot Password tool.
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
1. Select Forgot Password on the Login screen of the Lumin Smart app. |

2. Enter the email address associated with your account. |
3. Select Send Instructions. |
4. Check your email for the password recovery instructions and follow them to reset your password. |
Additionally, here's a few things to keep in mind:
- Ensure that the correct email address was entered.
- It may take a few minutes to receive the password reset email.
- Check your junk/spam folders in case the password reset email is filtered there instead of your inbox.
What if I didn't get the password reset email or can't remember the email address used with my account?
