If you can't remember the password for your Lumin account, you can reset it with our Forgot Password tool.


To reset your password, follow the steps below:

1. Select Forgot Password on the Login screen of the Lumin Smart app.

The web platform Lumin Smart app Login screen. It provides options to Login or Sign Up. There's also a Forgot Password option located near the bottom.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. Select Send Instructions.

4. Check your email for the password recovery instructions and follow them to reset your password.


Additionally, here's a few things to keep in mind:

  • Ensure that the correct email address was entered.
  • It may take a few minutes to receive the password reset email.
  • Check your junk/spam folders in case the password reset email is filtered there instead of your inbox.


What if I didn't get the password reset email or can't remember the email address used with my account?
